About CalorieTracker

CalorieTracker provides nutritional information for 39 common foods, a BMI calculator, and a TDEE calculator to help you understand your daily calorie needs. Nutritional data is based on USDA standard reference values.

How to Read the Numbers

Every food lists calories (kcal), protein, fat, carbohydrates and fibre in grams for the serving shown, such as 100 g, 1 cup or 1 medium piece, so compare servings as well as totals. Cooked foods (rice, pasta, beans, meat) are listed cooked. Real values vary by brand, variety and preparation.

The Calculators

The BMI calculator divides weight by height squared and the TDEE calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation with standard activity multipliers. Both run entirely in your browser. CalorieTracker is for general information, not medical or dietary advice.
